Eduardo Zialcita is a Filipino politician and businessman. He is the current Representative for the 1st District of Paranaque City.
On March 2009, he was accused of receiving PhP 1.8 million as consultancy fee from Legacy Consolidated Plans graft scandal in the Philippines, which he vehemently denies.[1]
